关于招收志愿者的启事
中国人民大学社会学系、中国人民大学社会学理论与方法研究中心将于2007年7月23日至8月3日，在中国人民大学校内举办“集体行为与社会运动研究课程班”，届时将邀请John McCarthy、David Snow、Mayer Zald、Dingxin Zhao（赵鼎新）、Yang Su（苏阳）等在美国从事集体行为与社会运动研究的一流学者前来授课。课程班将招收学员50人，均为全国高校、社科院、政府政策研究部门或其他机构中的教师或研究人员。现为该课程班的筹办工作，公开招收志愿者。课程班将为志愿者的工作提供必要的生活补贴。
有意参加志愿工作者，请到网站“社会学视野”（www.sociologyol.org）上“公告启事”栏中下载报名表，填写后于3月31日前发送到smwkshop@gmail.com，请在信件主题栏中注明“志愿者报名”。遴选结果将于4月2日前通知所有报名者。

附一：志愿者岗位和工作要求
1、教学助理，2名
主要任务：课程学习材料的翻译、编辑和整理。
岗位要求：要求有较好的英语阅读和翻译能力，中文功底扎实。
工作方式：课程班筹备和举办期间工作，工作时间不定。
2、外事助理，3名
主要任务：外籍教师的机场和宾馆接送、在京生活指导。
岗位要求：英语会话流利，处事细致周到。
工作方式：集中在课程班举办期间和前后几天工作，要求全天工作。
3. 后勤助理，2名
主要任务：（1）老师及学员宾馆预订和管理、课程班期间的餐饮管理；
（2）授课及学习材料的印制和寄送；
（3）会议用品（文具、网上、会标等）的订购和管理；
（4）教室预订及教学设备的检查和管理。
岗位要求：处事细致周到。
工作方式：工作方式：课程班筹备和举办期间，工作时间不定。
4. 新闻助理，2名
主要任务：（1）课程班举办期间及前后有关活动的摄影和摄像；
（2）课程班新闻报道；
（3）课程班内部信息管理和发布。
岗位要求：熟练使用摄影和摄像器材，摄制水平较好。
工作方式：集中在课程班举办期间和前后几天工作，要求全天工作。
5. 办公室助理，3名
主要任务：办公室事务，包括接打电话、收发传真、回复询问，等等。
岗位要求：工作认真负责、热情细致。
工作方式：课程班筹备和举办期间，工作时间全时上班。3名助理轮流工作。
附：授课教师简介
本课程班所邀请的教师，都是国际集体行为与社会运动研究领域中具有开创性贡献的一流学者。
n John D. McCarthy和Mayer N. Zald 是“资源动员”（Resource Mobilization）理论的奠基人。他们在1977年合作发表的Resource Mobilization and Social Movements: A Partial Theory（American Journal of Sociology 82: 1212-1241），开创了社会运动研究中的“资源动员”这一全新理论视角，同时开创了社会运动研究的一个新时代。
n David A. Snow 的“框架建构”理论被公认为西方社会运动研究的三大支柱之一。他和他的学生在1986年发表的“Frame Alignment Processes，Micromobilization，and Movement Participation.”（American Sociolgical Review 51: 464-481）一文已经成为集体行为与社会运动研究的经典。
n 赵鼎新教授关于国家－社会关系与社会运动，特别是空间布局（Ecology）和集体行为与社会运动之间关系的研究具有广泛影响。他还出版了中国大陆第一本社会运动教材：《社会与政治运动讲义》（社会科学文献出版社，2006）
n 苏阳教授曾师从John McCarthy，Doug McAdam（集体行为与社会运动研究三大支柱之一——“政治过程”理论的权威）和Andrew Walder（政治社会学权威，中国研究专家）。 他的主要领域是多种文化和政治形态下社会运动的比较研究，侧重于1960年代的重大运动的个案分析。
