  大学生用2万赚了500万自己说是运气因素导致

  “我从来不认为自己是成功的”，这个将2万变成了500万的男孩说。从资产数目上看，马文亚和同龄的大学生截然不同，保守估计，其名下资产已达500万元，他不是富二代，500万是从2万元起步得来的。

  马文亚早早就确立了创业目标，他从大一开始实习，让自己成为“社会人”，常聊的朋友多是商业人士，每天看完美股才入睡。马上毕业了，他不打算找工作，本科念传播学却立志在金融界大展拳脚。

  因为500万的光环，一些同学希望他帮忙介绍高薪工作。马文亚说，拥有这些资产有很大运气成分，同一模式不一定适合所有人，如果大家都来仿照，将会引领一种错误的价值观。

  “我的成功纯属意外”

  从目前人们对马文亚的关注程度来看，媒体采访，大都是因为他获得了多少财富，这和马文亚对成功的理解完全不同，“所以我不想接受采访”，他说，但是朋友的事情，他一定会帮忙，“我的朋友都是做媒体的，他们需要嘉宾，需要素材”,周围的朋友都拿他交过作业。迄今为止，慕名采访的媒体以“海量”计，仅遭到拒绝的就有20家之多。

  马文亚的成长经历具有特殊性，生在上海的他或许天生就擅长理财。

  小学五年级时，同学们热衷于“大富翁”游戏，马文亚玩起来独辟蹊径：将钱全部用来买“虚拟股票”，最多的一次赚了几十个亿。后来，妈妈干脆让他在股票市场里真实地玩了一把，在“想赢小朋友”和操纵真实股票的动力下，马文亚几乎看遍了新华书店里所有关于股票的书，结果是有赚有赔。

  进股市是他最早的投资体验，但真正赚到钱是因为买楼。

  2003年，15岁的马文亚看中一处名为“东方花园二期”的别墅，立马拿出自己积攒多年的2万元储蓄，用一周时间说服父母共同出资买下每平米售价4000元的别墅。一个星期后，那栋别墅每平米卖到6000元，增幅50%。

  高中阶段，马文亚又用自己累积的资金参与投资了十多个房地产项目，在上大学前，退出房地产业，转战股市。

  2009年，马文亚偶然看到京郊名为“某孔雀城”的别墅，当时每平米售价2000多元，他买下一套，又鼓动周围的同学、朋友和亲戚，共买下12套房子。在政府调控楼市之前，孔雀城的房子每平米涨到1万元。

  这是他最后一次在楼市出手。根据马文亚名下房产现值，保守估计约五百万元。不过现在他已经不愿意再谈起“2万变500万的故事”，一是因为之前相似的报道太多，二是目前楼市受到打压，他担心自己炒楼赚钱的方式会引起同龄人竞相效仿，“在历史高位接下房地产，造成家族三十年的灾难”，这是马文亚在网上发现自己被炒作后的第一反应，“它引导了一种错误的价值观，好像楼市是印钞机”。他始终认为，自己炒楼赚钱凭的是百分之百的运气，如果没有这个运气，现在肯定无法拥有500万的资产。

  “这是一个很意外的事情，因为当时在上海，房子每天都在涨，而且氛围很好，期房可以转让，换手率很高……周围跟我做同样事情的人也非常多，汗牛充栋”。马文亚说，有关他的第一篇报道出来后，上海的朋友都笑话，说真丢人，不就500万吗？“因为当时那批一起炒房的人，没有哪个没1000万资产的”。“跟比你更优秀的人在一起”

  2008年，马文亚遭遇第一次投资挫折，他手中的股票大跌，周围跟着买的朋友也各有损失。他将其归结为自己当时处在“唯我独尊”的时代——没找到“高手”，身边全是菜鸟，很多人跟着他买，都不懂股票，只有他最懂。事后马文亚说，做任何事情，当只有你最懂的时候，你是最危险的，“永远要跟比你更优秀的人在一起”。

  之后，他选择了加入国际青年成就社(JuniorAchievement)，并担任中国传媒大学分社社长。

  JA是全球最大的致力于青少年职业、创业和理财教育的非营利教育机构，遍布全球100多个国家，每年有900多万学生接受JA的教育。JA与企业和教育界紧密合作，开发并实施从小学到大学的一系列的教育课程，用一手的经验帮助学生进行就业、创业准备，激励并帮助青少年在全球经济中取得成功。马文亚的大部分大学生活，都投入到其中，为JA服务，“我上大学主要做的就是这一件事”。

  几个月前，他又发现了一个更令人兴奋的地方：智囊团。“智囊团”由一批在经济领域崭露头角的青年于2007年创办，自身定位为“商业领域中，初露锋芒的年轻人成长互助的团体”。目前，智囊团在全国拥有100名成员，入选资格审查非常严格，每月的申请者中只能通过一人，有资格进入其中的，都有实际的商业经历和成果，且“首先他会认为自己是青年领袖”。

  “我特别特别不喜欢和那些‘正常的’大学生在一起，我觉得他们太无聊了”，马文亚坦白。他的想法也很容易理解，许多大学生是将四年时间“混”过来的。“刚上大学，我的魔兽水平是全班第二，一年后就变成倒数第一了。我天天在看房子没时间玩，他们天天玩，水平就突飞猛进啊”，与整天玩游戏的同学相比，他更愿意将时间用在和“志趣高远”的人交流上，“也是吃喝玩乐，只是换了一群人而已”。在智囊团的聚会上，他们有时谈论某个投资项目，有时聊聊老庄。

  “我们的口号是成就有成就的人，影响有影响力的人”，马文亚说，有的人有能力，但可能缺乏某种资源，比如金钱、人脉，而在智囊团中，到处都是有能力、有经验又事业有成的人，大家成为朋友，相互扶持会走得更远。

  加入智囊团之后，马文亚着手进行改组，使它更加正规化，他准备劝退大部分团员，筛选成员最重要的标准是：志趣高远、道德高尚、价值观正确，“这样的人真的很少”。

  马文亚在智囊团是名副其实的“小弟”，年龄小、资历浅，周围全是“牛人”，作为在校大学生，又有大把的时间，他便心甘情愿承担起做杂活的任务。

  智囊团是最令马文亚激动的话题，“真正的青年创业者是令人着迷的。他们胸怀天下，努力创造着新的商业模式，在创业初期就考虑着以后要如何回报社会。我觉得这才是牛人，是我尊敬的人，所以我选择参加智囊团为他们服务。”

  与他们相比，马文亚不觉得自己成功，“如果跟差的人去比，你永远优秀，如果跟强的人去比，你永远不足。想要进步的话，需要跟更优秀的人去比”，能用500万标价的“成功”与他的标准南辕北辙，“我与智囊团的朋友们达成共识：衡量成功的标准是一个人对社会的贡献”。

  他不止一次强调，马文亚，不应该成为学习的榜样。

  “我比一般人更执着”

  凡事能成，必有其不同之处。

  “我比一般人更执着”，马文亚说，他专注于金融领域，所学不杂，“不但正确地做事，更强调做正确的事”。毕业后，他的规划有两条：一是做好智囊团的工作，“营造环境把‘点头之交’变成生活中无话不谈的挚友，创造条件jewelry让‘管鲍之交’成为商场上流芳百世的战友，让每一位团员兼备扫天下之志与扫一屋之趣”；二是争取在三到五年做出自己的阳光私募基金。

  马文亚刚上大学，就给同学留下了深刻的印象。同一个系的郑蕴彤说，初见就感觉他是很有才华的人，擅长金融，“当时我们以为，他毕业后会去外企，谋份高薪，但没料到亚亚根本不屑于给别人打工，他要自己创业做老板”。郑蕴彤觉得，马文亚能和周围人明显区别开来，这是一个生活目标很明确的人，而且一直在朝着这个方向努力。

  研究经济是马文亚最大的兴趣，但本科却选择了中国传媒大学传播系，之所以作出这种“不搭边”的举动，是为了“有更多时间做自己的事情”。如果学经济，一方面他担心太忙太累，课程难，不幸挂科就拿不到毕业证。更重要的是fashion jewelry，马文亚自信于自己平日的大量自学，“我现在对一些经济学模型还是不太懂，但我觉得理论对于投资的指导意义比较小。很多毕业于著名财经类院校的同学，他们的投资业绩大都不怎么样……”

  当记者提出采访同学的要求时，马文亚有些为难，志趣爱好的差异，让他和班里的同学交往不多，大部分时间都在看书、看盘，那是他的乐趣所在。portrait虽然大一是班长，但也只负责叫大家上课，传达学院通知，到大二时，更多时间要放在JA的活动上，他索性把班长辞掉了。

  不过，班里的同学并不认为马文亚多么不合群，“其实还好”。一名同学说，马文亚擅长演讲，人也热心开朗，许多同学都爱听他谈理财谈股市，“别人熟悉他，他不熟悉别人而已”。

  传播系老师沈浩是马文亚的专业课老师，负责教授统计学、竞争情报分析等课程，在他看来，马文亚是个很受老师欢迎的学生，经常找老师讨论专业知识，谈实习实践中遇到的问题，“有想法、有自己的认识和观念，和别人不一样”。

  “如果上天再给我一次机会，我会好好跟同学们在一起享受大学生活。但是世事无奈，生活并不能完美地进行”，重来一次的话，马文亚说，或许他会为其painting他事情多付出一些，或许会从事新闻，体验多样化的人生，即使没有获得现在的财富，依然会认真、努力、负责任地学习、生活。

  临近毕业，一些同学跑来找马文亚，希望他能介绍薪水高的工作，他的建议都是“寻找心底的幸福感，找个令你幸福的工作”。

  前段时间，有一个贴子是关于男人不能娶女护士的。其实，男人娶女护士还是有相当的好处。例如：护士可以帮忙照顾自己和家人。无论是家人还是亲戚谁有个头痛脑热的，她们更比一般的女性知道如何去照顾他们。而且因为女护士的职业特点，她们一般比较温和，在许多事情上并不会和你大吵大闹。这样说来，其实娶护士还是相当有利的。然而，若是说到不能娶的职业女性，首当其充的应该是——女教师。

  下面，我们共同来分析一下，为什么宁可打光棍也不娶女教师为妻。

  一、众多男人从小对教师的恐惧心理在做怪

  相信许多人都有如此经历，那就是被教师罚站，罚抄作业，甚至是几十遍、几百遍地抄写生字甚至是课文，这是相当痛苦的记忆。当然，罚学生的不仅仅是男老师，有些女老师甚至比男老师更厉害。想想，这些有过如此经历的男生在长大以后，怎么敢把女老师娶回家呢？若是哪天老师老婆不高兴了，让我们再抄课文，该怎么办？

  二、教师职业特点，女老师喜欢教育人

  老师的职业特点就是教书育人，自然他们在遇到各种困难的时候就要拿出一系列的道理来说服人。尤其是女老师会在同一时间有可能要处理好几件学生之间的锁事，因此，他们在讲起道理，教育起人来，相当有一套。因此，若是把一个喜欢教育人的女老师娶回家，那这个男人岂不是一辈子要受教育了？

  三、女人爱唠叨，女教师更加厉害

  我们都知道女人喜欢唠叨，他们在遇到需要他们，甚至是不需要他们唠叨的事的时候，他们会一直唠叨个不停。这种事情让所有的男人都感到头疼。更何况是教育人为职业的女老师呢？他们若是唠叨起来就更厉害得不得了。试想想，忙了累了一天的男人回到家，又得要听在那里唠叨的女老师老婆的话，该是一件多痛苦的事情啊。

  四、女教师在教育孩子问题上太霸道

  教育孩子是一件大事。然而，对于那些当老师的女人来说，他们自认为自己在教育孩子上有特别的经验和经历。因此，在教育自己的孩子的时候，他们显得相当强势，甚至是霸道，根本不给自己的另一半一丝机会。可是话说回来，许多能教育好别人孩子的老师，根本不能教育好自己的孩子。所以，若是在教育孩子上发生矛盾，娶了女老师的男人是相当委屈的。

  五、女教师没有多余时间照顾家里

  现在的教师太忙了，他们不仅要在学校里忙，而且要在家里忙。你看吧，他们要写教案吧，他们要批改学生的作业吧，他们要准备学生的考试吧等等。这让他们必须占用相当多的校外的时间来准备这些工作。因此，当老师的妻子似乎没有很多的时间去做饭，洗衣服，更别说照顾家里的老人和你了。虽然说，人人都平等了，可是若是让一个大老爷们一直承担家里的劳动，那大老爷们迟早会闹意见的。

  六、女教师压力过大，情绪难以捉摸

  现在的教师要面对的东西太多了，什么教学质量啦，什么考试成绩了，什么升学率啦，而且还要面对各种各样的检查啦。所以，老师这个职业的压力是相当大的。试想一下，女老师在面对如此大的压力下，怎么可能会有正常的情绪呢？看她们在面对同事和学生的时候是笑脸，可是回到家里，给家里人的脸就是阴沉沉的，仿佛是家里人欠了她似的。哎，其实这种事情多的去了。前一秒还是笑脸迎人的女老师，下一秒马上就拉下脸来怒吼某个淘气的男生。这张脸，变得也太快了吧。

  七、女教师素质偏高，选夫条件多多

  现在能当教师的女人都是比较有素质，文化层次也相当高，拿的是公务员的工资，还享受一年两个长假的待遇，而且她们的眼光也就变得自然高起来。因此，在择夫选婿上就是有许多的条件。比如，什么学历要考虑啦，什么工资要考虑啦，什么人品jewelry要考虑啦，什么修养要考虑啦，这一考虑就把许多男人给拒到门外了。就算条件满足了，娶进了家门，或许哪一天，我们的工资比她的公务员工资低了后，也会成为她教育人的一个话题喽。

  好老师能当，好的女老师就更难当。规规矩矩教书育人吧，不出成绩。突然出成绩了吧，总有几个学习不好的学生让人头痛。若是你带的班级不好吧，自然招来学校和家长的不满。若是你的教学质量好吧，又得面对拿各种好处让进你班里的家长请示，要是接受，被别人说是拿了好处；若是不接受，又得罪了学生家长。这不得不说是一个卖力不讨好的职业。如何把这个职业做到恰到好处，女老师们都还得相当努力。

  九、教师职业较危险，被人抱负是常事

  相信大家都在上学的时候听过某个老师被谁谁打了，或者是夜里被人扔了黑砖一类的事。这其实是相当自然的事情，对于老师这个职业来说，是家常便饭。怎么说呢，因为老师在教育学生上，总有拿捏不准的时候，总会惹起一些坏孩子的坏心，他们会找特殊的时候对老师进行打击和抱负。这对于身为女性的老师来说，是相当危险的。虽然说不会对身体造成多大的伤害，然而，对她们的心理影响是很大的。

  十、教师容易遭遇潜规则，易卷入情色交易中

  第一眼见到丽江，是在四方街，太吵太闹，象个菜市场，似乎什么都可以拿来贩卖，而且每天都会下个三五分钟的雨，然后又是大晴。由于丽江商业竞争很厉害，所以其实丽江很多东西比束河便宜很多。其实束河晚上太过于冷清，有点像香格里拉。　　
         丽江离喧闹很近，丽江离疯狂很近，丽江却又离宁静很近，丽江又离阳光很近。宁静致远太闷，喧闹疯狂又太吵，闹中取静才是王道。而丽江是一个闹中取静很适宜的地方。
     不仅是中国，无论是世界上哪个国家，只要是出名的，就会很商业化。对于丽江的商业化来说，好处在于物价会相对便宜，作为扎染围巾的原产地大理的围巾价格居然比丽江还贵，原因就在于丽江商铺竞争太激烈，物价在竞争中下降了。当然如果你非要去四方街买东西，那就是你活该挨宰了。丽江客栈也是因为竞争激烈，所以整体服务和性价比都会相对其它地方较好。丽江虽然很商业化，但是它没有三亚的欺行霸市物价上浮，也没有其他古镇的地痞恶势力，丽江商业化得相对正规相对良性化，当然也会存在丑恶与欺骗，毕竟阳光照射的地方必有阴影存在嘛。丽江周围景点既有商业化的景点，也有比较原始的自然风光，比如白沙沙溪，比如香格里拉，比如梅里雪山，比如雨崩村落，比如拉市海，比如泸沽湖，比如老君山，比如石头城，比如比如再比如。在丽江，你既能够体会到商业竞争的便利，又能够体验到原始的朴素的景点。
     丽江地区植被丰富高原反应不会很强烈，但如果要去三千米以上的高海拔景点，也必须在丽江游玩休整几天以便适应高原反应的过渡期。丽江地区本身海拔2410，一般没有高原反应，雪山部分人可能会有，去梅里雪山一带也可能会有高原反应。
     古城里面有一些阿姨或一些黑心客栈，会主动问你去不去玉龙雪山去不去骑马，然后就告诉你玉龙雪山是可以骑马从后山上去逃票的。其实玉龙雪山是根本无法逃票的，顶多就是军人证或者学生证可以打折，玉龙雪山虽然在雪山之中并不算第一，但是这么出名，每天付钱的都要排几个小时队呢，怎么可能可以随便逃票呢，骑马上雪山逃票绝对是骗人的，因为骑马上雪山身体会吃不消，百分之百是受罪的，而且骑马上雪山时看不到任何雪山经典景点的。 很多人被骗是因为价钱又便宜，又可以玩骑马又可以玩雪山，听起来好像很划算。其实玉龙雪山是绝对逃不了票的，而且骑马上四千多米的地方绝对是受罪，很不现实的，不要因为贪便宜以为可以逃票就被上当了。对于玩雪山，玉龙是古城纳西族的神山，而梅里是藏族的第一神山，如果有时间的话，梅里雪山四日或者六日游更有吸引力一些，可以玩到虎跳峡、香格里拉、松赞林、依拉草原、纳帕海、明永冰川、雨崩村落等景点，如果时间上不允许的话，就老老实实上玉龙雪山买票，不要妄想去逃票，骑马还是在拉市海更舒服一些。
         另外到丽江一定要住古城里的客栈，酒店哪个地方都有，但是作为中国乃至世界闻名的丽江古城来说，住客栈不仅仅是解决住宿睡觉的问题而已，而且还可以体验古镇的纳西风格，把自己融入整个丽江古城之中。目前古城客栈几百家客栈，价格相差十几二十块的房间只要多找找，应该还是能找到。其实附加服务才是衡量价格的标间，隔音，卫生，安静，位置等等随便一项如果被客栈主人忽略，给客人带来的间接损失就不止十来块钱的事情了。比如隔音不好你能睡着吗，满院子白色床单你躺得舒服吗？没搭伙或者搭伙的伙食很差你还得多花更多钱。要碰上客栈老板跟司机合伙诈钱就更麻烦了，也许他们不只房间便宜，司机的车费可能也很便宜，但拉你去烧柱香或者带你到半路就甩开你呢。甚至比如外面卖十几块钱的东西有多少客栈会告诉你其实几块钱买得到呢。

  在丽江住酒店是感受不到古城韵味的，走马观花也是感受不到云南的风情的，宁可一次少去几个地方，也要体会云南的原汁原味。去景区游玩，最好是找信任得过的客栈老板代为联系包车等事宜，因为客栈是靠回头客和口碑来持续经营，所以会为客人负责到底，一般有什么事情问当地客栈老板绝对比问导游还好。强烈不建议在下雨期间出去玩，也不建议出来玩象赶鸭子似的把时间安排得太紧，比如这段时间雪山经常有雾挡着但却适合骑马，那就先去拉市海或香格里拉之类，下次再去看雪山呗，花四五百块钱看到一团雾岂不是照样没意思。丽江其实自然风景很多，选择季节适合的景点游玩才会开心，没必要太过于强求。

  丽江作为中国唯一被列为世界文化遗产的古城，淡季其实人也不会少，只不过是旺季如果你不提前预订，可能连房都住不到。只要是公共节假日，就属于旺季，比如暑假七八月份，五一十一黄金周，春节房价最贵，其它季节都算是淡季。淡季一般房价在60元到150元左右，旺季一般房价在200元到380元左右。其实只要是在公共节假日就是旺季，其它时候就是淡季。丽江的淡季相对国内其他旅游胜地来说并不算淡季了，刚来的游客会感觉人还是比较多，丽江的淡旺季的区分其实仅仅在于旺季人更多。

  丽江天气一年四季都是高原气候，早晚温差大，一般是早晚厚外套或者羽绒服，白天大多都阳光明媚穿短袖T恤超短裙都没事。嘎嘎。但是外套要常带在身边噢，以防天气意外变化引起感冒。

  拉市海位于丽江市区西面8公里处的拉市坝中部，是云南省第一个以“湿地”命名的自然保护区。“拉市”为古纳西语译名，“拉”为荒坝，“市”为新，意为新的荒坝。 拉市海位于丽江市郊，从古城区到拉市海只要不到20分钟的路程。每年冬季，这里便聚集着大量的候鸟。
  拉市海实为断层构造湖，同时又受石灰岩溶 蚀构造作用而成。入湖地表水源有南侧的清水河和北侧的美泉河。水文汇水面积265.6平方公里，湖水原从西北侧的溶洞泄出。过去，湖面季节变化显著，雨季 水位高，最大蓄水量1.8亿立方米，水面9平方公里，水深可达9米；干季水位下降，甚至干涸。80年代以来，先后兴修水利，在落水洞前筑起了一个高大的堤 坝，海水再也无法随意流去，而是从海东黄山哨打通的输水隧道，流入丽江城区。拉市海由季节湖变成了保持一定水位的高原湖泊，如镜的湖面倒映着玉龙雪山，越冬水鸟安然栖息，或翱翔于蓝天白云之间，构成高原湿地特有的气息。
  据调查，目前在拉市海湿地共有鸟类57种，每年来此越冬的鸟类有3万只左右，其中特有珍稀濒危鸟类9种，包括青藏高原特有鸟类斑头雁，国家一级保护鸟类中华秋沙鸭、黑颈鹤、黑鹤等。因而，省政府于1998年6月正式批准建立云南丽江拉市海高原湿地自然保护区，包括拉市海、文海、吉子水库、文笔水库等4个片区，总面积6523公顷，其主体部分拉市海片区，面积5330公顷，成为候鸟的栖息乐园。
  这也是旅游者的天堂，是来丽江必来的景点之一，跑跑马，划划船。迎着清风，荡漾在湿地的湖泊中，周边是候鸟飞飞，感觉犹如人间仙境。
  年复一年依恋旧地，千山万水跋涉而来的大批冬候鸟让偏居一隅的拉市海渐渐为外人所知。虽然条件很简陋，那些慕名而来的海外游客还是很惊讶，在惊讶于拉市海 丰富的鸟类资源时，同时也为拉市海尚未开发的观鸟旅游遗憾。这么好的条件，这么多的鸟，怎么还没有热起来。而同样的遗憾，也出自众多鸟专家之口。
